Abstract

In the following pages is given to show how the exchange of tacit knowledge between different actors with multiple links are involved in a common industrial history result of decades of development of metalworking sector in Queretaro’s region, through the formation of small suppliers of molds or parts thereof, that take advantage of their owner’s training, the accumulated knowledge of workers and learning processes they have developed through the constant exchange between them and large businesses through suppliers services.
