Relational Analysis of Mexico's Energy Reform and Electricity Projects
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article proposes a model of relational analysis to study the relations between public policies, their direct consequences
in social relations, and the management of contentious situations. This analysis contributes to explain the social impacts
of Mexico’s energy reform by identifying three key social interaction dynamics. This enables us to link structural and
contextual aspects with the constitution of actors, repertoires of action, and the construction of discursive explanations
as elements that shape the direction and consequences of reform in the country.
