El diseño institucional de la URSS y su desintegración Antecedentes geohistóricos y la dinámica del conflicto intraélites

Abstract
The struggles of power intra-elite engendered by the institutional Soviet model led to the demise of the Communist State and the disintegration of the Group of Nations annexed to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (URSS). This model was the answer to the problems inherited from the Tsarist Empire. The resulting design was based on an ambiguity between the Russian and Soviet States, and led to the development of latent conflicts between central and regional elites. Political liberalization and economic reforms made erupt to confront the URSS with the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), which led to the dissolution of this.
